Description

Our client is a new entrant to the UK InsurTech market and they are looking for a General Manager who has full P&L responsibility for setting up UK business, covering strategy, execution, team building, and commercial performance. This is a digital Insurance distribution platform so knowledge of a range of non-life products/markets is essential.

Responsibility

Responsibility for P&L responsibility including revenue, costs, and profitability for UK business
Build and set up UK operations from scratch
Execute UK market strategy with speed and discipline
Drive growth through partnerships and distribution channels
Work closely with product and engineering to localise the platform

What We’re Looking For

Background in tech, digital platforms, fintech, or high-growth environments from insurance/ Reinsurance/ consulting
Proven ownership of commercial outcomes and P&L
Experience building and leading teams
Strong commercial judgement and execution focus
Deep understanding of the UK insurance market
