You'll be working on…
Leading the commercial management of this flagship highways project, ensuring robust financial performance, contractual compliance, and effective risk and opportunity management. You'll oversee procurement, reporting, and cost control, while supporting the Commercial Manager in driving commercial excellence.
You'll also be responsible for building and managing the commercial team based in Bristol – this is a leadership role with real influence and visibility.

About You…
You're an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or current Managing Quantity Surveyor with a background in highways. You bring leadership, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering value. You thrive in a non-hierarchical environment where you can influence decisions and mentor others.
You'll bring…
- Proven success in commercial management of highways projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and cost management tools
- Experience leading and developing commercial teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Professional membership (RICS/CICES) desirable
