Location: We offer hybrid working with a choice of base office in either Leeds or Newcastle, alongside regular travel to our Redcar site office

What you'll be doing

Experience of NEC contract administration and management

  • Measure, record and value work unsupervised in accordance with appropriate rules and procedures
  • Composition of applications for payment, data assurance/analysis and final account procedures
  • Use and manage project accounting systems, monitor costs, and produce cost vs value reconciliations
  • Review programmes of works and plan commercial activities to meet the requirements of programmes
  • End to end supplier procurement, supply chain management, contract administration and value for money assurance
  • Actively identity, communicate and manage risk in collaboration with the project team
  • Support the development of other team members and provide professional guidance
  • Hold or be working towards professional membership from the RICS or equivalent

Who we're looking for

The Following Qualifications Are Essential

  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
