Manufacturing Engineer

About the Role:

Lead and improve our manufacturing processes by designing tooling, driving process improvements, and supporting efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize production and process workflows.
• Design and manage tooling and update related drawings.
• Lead and implement process improvement projects.
• Use SolidWorks for creating drawings and designing fixtures.
• Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routes in SAP.
• Program milling and turning operations with CAM tools, ideally Mastercam.
• Apply lean and modern manufacturing methods (value stream mapping, CI, 5S, RCCA, TPM).
• Create and update manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
• Provide technical support to quickly resolve production issues.
• Find cost-saving opportunities through process or equipment improvements.
• Analyze and plan workspace and equipment layouts for better efficiency.
• Support new product introductions with manufacturing insights.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent). Aerospace or NC programming experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of production and process planning.
• Proficient in SAP for BOM management.
• Skilled in CAM and SolidWorks.
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools (CI, 5S, TPM, RCCA).
