Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Operator/Scientist

We’re looking for a
proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator/Scientist to join our
dynamic Manufacturing Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the
development of life-changing medicines.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a
dedicated team producing
small-scale batches of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) for clinical studies. Working in a
clean room environment, your responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing, packaging, and labelling various dosage forms (e.g., oral solutions and tablets) for clinical trials
- Documenting processes accurately to meet regulatory and quality standards
- Maintaining GMP facilities and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely
- Supporting formulation development, including non-clinical batch production and process studies
- Managing study-specific materials, equipment, and consumables
- Working flexibly and safely, adapting to changing business needs
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds. Ideally, you will have:
- A BSc (Hons) or equivalent in a relevant scientific subject (preferred but not essential)
- OR at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar fast-paced, regulated industry
- A self-starter mindset with a commitment to seeing tasks through
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical way of working
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Flexibility and adaptability, including occasional out-of-hours work
