About the role
The Maritime Quality, Compliance & Training Consultant plays a dual role in regulatory assurance and professional development. The position combines technical consultancy—through audits, inspections, and compliance reviews—with the design and delivery of training programs that build maritime competency at both operational and corporate levels.
This role requires a balance of regulatory expertise and training leadership, enabling SMC’s clients to improve operational safety, maintain international compliance, and strengthen their workforce through structured professional development.
