We have a 6 month FTC opportunity to support the Market Governance, Risk and Resilience team focusing on Operational Resilience market oversight and coordination. You will be proactive and curious buy nature and will look for ways to identify opportunities for increasing efficiency and ensuring appropriate ways of working.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and manage oversight meetings with managing agents, covering Operational Resilience and working closely with Governance and Risk oversight.
  • Prepare briefing materials for external meetings where necessary.
  • Represent the Market Governance, Risk and Resilience (MGRR) team at internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain key market distribution lists within the CRM system.
  • Contribute to administrative and review activities carried out by the team.
  • Monitor and update records of open interventions.
  • Attend internal cross-function forums and provide relevant updates to the team.


A knowledge of Operational Resilience frameworks and the ability to provide pragmatic, risk based solutions, taking into account insights from multiple stakeholders is key to this role.
