Purpose of the Role

This role exists to own the Market Pulse — tracking, analysing, and interpreting developments across the energy transition so our teams and clients stay ahead of market shifts.
By connecting external intelligence with internal performance, you’ll become the fountain of knowledge within the firm. Your work will equip our consultants with insight, credibility, and confidence whilst shaping Mint’s strategic direction and commercial edge.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll already work within the energy transition ecosystem, ideally in a market intelligence, analytics, research, or data-led role. You bring curiosity, commercial awareness, and the confidence to have an instant impact — quickly understanding our world, identifying what matters, and helping Mint stay two steps ahead.
