Polygon UK is looking for a Market Positioning & Brand Partner to shape how our brand is seen, trusted, and chosen in the market.

This is a strategic, commercially focused marketing role with real influence. You’ll define and deliver our market positioning, strengthen our reputation as a leader in restoration and reconstruction, and help drive growth into new markets and service areas.

Sitting within the Commercial team, you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Internal Communications — bringing together insight, brand storytelling, and execution to support business expansion and long-term commercial success.

What you’ll be doing

Defining and leading Polygon’s brand and market positioning strategy in the UK
Shaping a compelling brand narrative that differentiates us in a competitive market
Translating business goals into integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, acquisition, and retention
Leading multi-channel campaigns, thought leadership, PR, and communications
Driving digital and content strategy across web, SEO, PPC, and social channels
Using market, customer, and competitor insight to identify growth opportunities

Working cross-functionally with Commercial, Sales, Operations, and Internal Comms

Managing agencies, budgets, and a small in-house/freelance marketing team

Measuring impact — linking marketing activity clearly to commercial outcomes

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in strategic marketing and brand positioning, ideally within construction, property, restoration, or professional services
Strong commercial mindset — able to connect brand and marketing to business growth
Experience delivering integrated campaigns and shaping brand perception
Confident stakeholder partner at senior level
Data- and insight-led, with a clear focus on ROI
Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery
Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional relationships
Marketing, Business, or related degree (CIM or equivalent desirable)
Experience or interest in sustainability, heritage, or conservation is a plus
