Your Role:

As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in optimising our marketing performance for the UK investment market. Your focus will be on analysing the effectiveness of acquisition channels by comparing customer acquisition cost (CAC) against lifetime value (LTV), providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, and ensuring smooth collaboration with external marketing agencies.

Additionally, you will lead a traffic attribution project to maximise the identification of all traffic sources. Your insights will refine our marketing strategies, improve budget allocation, and enhance user acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyse user data and marketing acquisition channels across our web and mobile apps to guide product strategy and improvements. Use tools like Amplitude to interpret data and identify user behaviour patterns.
  • ROAS Analysis & LTV/CAC Prediction
  • A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and evaluate the results of A/B tests to optimise performance.
  • Dashboard Creation: Build clear, actionable dashboards that provide stakeholders with useful and transparent insights.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on product and marketing performance, using key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

What We Expect from You:

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced SQL skills, ideally with experience in BigQuery
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Good understanding of attribution models (single-touch, multi-touch, data-driven) and practical experience applying them for traffic source analysis and marketing performance evaluation
  • Familiarity with AppsFlyer or Adjust, and Amplitude or Mixpanel is a plus
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Redash or Superset)

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
