✔ You’re creative, organised, and ready to learn

✔ You’re up for a challenge (and a bit of travel!)

This role is designed for someone with energy, curiosity, and the drive to make ideas happen. You might be fresh out of university, or you might have worked in hospitality, healthcare, retail or something else entirely - but what matters is your ability to connect with people, stay organised, and bring a bit of marketing flair to the table.

  • Organise client events, site tours, and thought-leadership opportunities.

🧠Market Development & Strategic Thinking

  • Analyse competitors and trends in health and hospitality sectors.
  • Design marketing strategies and value propositions for different client segments.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to build brand presence and intelligence.

🗣️Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Business Growth Lead, Marketing team, Customer Services, and Operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and service.
  • Engage in regular performance reviews, training, and strategy sessions.

  • Highly organised - strong time management and ability to prioritise.
  • Fast learner - curious and adaptable to new sectors and software.
  • Personable & professional - builds trust and enjoys client engagement.
  • Full clean UK driving licence - with flexibility to travel and stay overnight when needed.

Desirable (But Not Required)

  • Any experience in marketing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or creative roles.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or social platforms.
  • Understanding of sustainability, healthcare, or service-focused industries.
