This is the perfect entry-level role for someone looking to build a career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in how products are brought to life and launched into global markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the team, including:

• Processing expenses, invoices, and purchase orders
• Coordinating the delivery of marketing materials and global campaign assets
• Supporting internal events and team activities
• Maintaining and updating internal documentation and marketing databases
• Working directly with the Category Director on trademarks and administrative tasks
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, collaborative, and dependable
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)

Bonus points if you have:

• Previous experience in an admin, PA, or marketing support role
• Familiarity with marketing tools or databases
• Fluency in a second language
