Marketing Assistant

Overview:

We are hiring four Market Assistants to support our upcoming show and market activities. This is a hands-on, physical role ideally suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong interest in fashion and product presentation. Three of the roles will be based in the showroom, while one will be more product-focused with additional desk-based responsibilities but essentially the same position.

Key Responsibilities:

For Showroom-Based Assistants (x3):

• Support daily showroom operations and be customer-facing during market appointments
• Assist with goods receipt, packing, and shipping of product and collection items
• Manage clothing rails, unpack and prepare garments for presentation
• Support collection presentations, including model dressing and product handling
• Travel to Paris for showroom and market support (passport and travel eligibility required)
• Ensure strong understanding of the new season collection, carry forwards, and key pieces

For Product-Focused Assistant (x1):

• Coordination of the new collection
• Assist with data input and tracking using basic Excel skills
• Support shipping processes, including preparing shipping invoices
• Experience with Fashion GPS or similar sample tracking systems is a strong plus
• Participate in showroom support, including some packing and moving tasks
• Travel to Paris for market preparation and showroom set-up (passport and travel eligibility required)
