Hours: Full Time 37hrs

Your workstyle will be a mobile hybrid worker in this role which gives you the flexibility to work from home and from a variety of Council workplaces.

Looking to gain Communications and Marketing experience and work on a variety of creative campaigns and activities, both digital and offline?

We are currently seeking a creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. Youll play a key role in supporting our Communications and Marketing team in promoting the huge range of services the council delivers each day to over 143,000 people in Neath Port Talbot. From crafting engaging content and scheduling social media posts to helping deliver exciting campaigns, this is your chance to make an impact and grow your career in a dynamic, creative environment.

Your daily routine will include:

• Creating and curating multimedia content video, imagery, animation, and more
• Writing and editing content for social media, website and other channels
• Assisting with marketing materials and campaign reporting
• Bringing fresh ideas to deliver engaging, people-focused content

About you:

Do you have:

• A keen interest in marketing and communications
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience with digital platforms and social media
• A proactive, creative mindset with attention to detail
