Creating Safer Workplaces for Everyone.
We want to create a better working world by building a global network of responsible buyers and suppliers. Alcumus SafeContractor takes the pain out of compliance for over 50,000 organisations globally, helping them protect their people, their operations, and the planet. We support our network of hiring clients, suppliers, and contractors by keeping them compliant with the standards that matter most, from health and safety and sustainability to ethical behaviour.
Join Alcumus as a Marketing Automation Executive and take the lead in shaping powerful digital communication strategies for our SafeContractor division. You'll work across a diverse product portfolio, using your B2B marketing automation expertise to deliver targeted, results-driven campaigns. This is a great opportunity for a proactive marketer who excels in dynamic, customer-focused environments and enjoys turning data into action.
What that means day to day
- Email Campaign Management: Plan, build, schedule, and send automated and ad-hoc email campaigns across multiple business areas, targeting both new and existing B2B audiences.
- Client Onboarding Journeys: Working closely with onboarding and account management teams, to design and execute onboarding workflows to ensure seamless and engaging communication for new clients, guiding them from signup through product adoption and beyond.
- Automation & Workflow Design: Develop and manage nurture flows, re-engagement sequences, renewal reminders, and upsell communications using platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Segmentation & Targeting: Leverage CRM and behavioural data to create precise audience segments and deliver personalised messaging at scale.
- A/B Testing & Optimisation: Run experiments on subject lines, email content, CTA placement, and send times to optimise engagement and conversion rates.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track and report on campaign metrics (e.g., open rate, CTR, bounce rate, conversions) and use insights to guide continuous improvement.
