The Role: Marketing and Campaigns Manager

Contract Length: 6 Months

Location: Taunton ( 2 days on site)

About the Role


The Marketing Content and Campaigns Manager will lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that will promote a globally recognised portfolio of maritime navigation products. This role will be critical in equipping global sales partners and distributors with powerful content and messaging that will support adoption, drive engagement, and boost brand visibility in international markets.


Working closely with colleagues across marketing, product, sales, and events, you’ll deliver campaigns that bring clarity, creativity, and commercial impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support product launches, audience engagement, and long-term adoption across multiple channels (email, web, social, events).
  • Sales Enablement: Develop content and tools for global distributors and sales teams, enabling them to effectively communicate product value and drive local engagement.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit impactful content including brochures, social posts, web copy, emails, and presentations tailored by audience type, region, and persona.
  • Performance Analysis: Use HubSpot and other analytics tools to measure campaign success and continuously improve performance based on insight and ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work across teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, on-brand, and support the wider go-to-market and customer engagement strategies.


The Successful Candidate

  • Proven experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Strong writing and content development skills, ideally with experience simplifying technical topics for non-technical audiences
  • Confidence using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Strong stakeholder and project management abilities—able to balance multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Experience supporting sales and channel teams through content, toolkits, and messaging
  • A hands-on, proactive mindset with a focus on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement
