📹 We’re hiring – Marketing Content Producer (written & video)

Salary: £30–40k | On-site (Brighton Marina) | Full-time, permanent

We’re looking for a creative all-rounder who loves writing, filming and creating content that actually gets noticed. As one of our Marketing Content Producers, you’ll bring our brand to life through engaging blogs, scroll-stopping social posts, eye-catching videos, and stories that connect with our audience.

What you’ll do

• Write engaging copy for nurture emails, blogs, ads, landing pages and social
• Plan, film and edit short-form video
• Turn customer stories into written and video testimonials
• Manage our brand social channels, from content planning to community engagement
• Repurpose reports, webinars and interviews into bite-sized content
• Capture and create event content for live and post-event use

We’d love to hear from you if you have

• Strong writing skills with a knack for simplifying and humanising messages
• Experience in short-form video editing
• Social media management experience for brand accounts
• Confidence interviewing customers or internal experts
• An eye for visuals and storytelling
• Creative curiosity and the ability to work fast
• High energy, positivity, and a collaborative approach
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills – essential in our fast-moving environment
• Bonus: Knowledge or experience in grassroots sports, gymnastics or children’s activity providers
