Marketing Coordinator - Permanent - Reading (3 days/week in office)

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns, projects, and events. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence across marketing, ensuring brand consistency, strong digital engagement, and seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders.

You’ll work across content, digital, sales, and product teams to enable commercial objectives while improving marketing processes and performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Support brand consistency across digital and print channels in partnership with Content & Communications
• Coordinate marketing operations, including demand intake, workflows, and process improvements
• Act as a key liaison between Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align priorities and resources
• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, events, webinars, podcasts, conferences, and trade shows
• Produce insights and reporting using analytics tools to track performance, engagement, and OKRs

• Clear performance insight through data, analytics, and reporting
• Strong collaboration across teams with measurable ROI from campaigns and events

What you’ll bring

Essential

• Some experience in a marketing role (operations, campaigns, or events)
• Strong experience using CRM, CMS, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and marketing automation tools
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects, and work independently
• A data-driven, customer-focused mindset with creative problem-solving skills

Desirable

• Experience working with tools such as HubSpot or Marketo
• Exposure to budget management and cross-functional project delivery
