Salary: £25,000

About the Role 

As our Marketing & CRM Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our direct-to-consumer marketing efforts, supporting our mission to improve the patient journey at every step. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & D2C Services, you will: 

• Create and manage engaging content across websites, social media, and PR to elevate our brand presence. 
• Configure and coordinate communications through HubSpot and Semble, ensuring a seamless patient experience. 
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies, championing both creative ideas and technical excellence. 
• Support clinical communications and collaborate with the Operations Manager to enhance the in-clinic experience for staff and patients.

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience with HubSpot, Office 365 (especially SharePoint), and content tools like Canva. 
• A solid foundation in content creation, digital marketing, and CRM integration. 
• Bonus if you have experience with WordPress, Final Cut Pro (or similar) PR, or health services – but not essential. 
• A creative and analytical mindset, with the drive to become a specialist in our systems and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
