About the role
You will be responsible for the growth in recognition of Believ as a partner to work with, a network to use and a brand to work for. This role will identify and make imaginative use of core marketing techniques, including white papers, seminars, digital marketing, social media, events and other activities, to drive business success.
You will be responsible for leading our talented marketing team, and developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth three core areas: Brand, Network and Consumer. You will work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure our marketing and communications activity proactively supports Believ's ambitious growth plans, initiating marketing campaigns, supporting business sectors effectively in communicating offers, digital marketing activities, events and lead generation. You will be responsible for managing a significant marketing budget, monitoring spend and impact, to continually inform and refine the strategy going forwards. This role will engage closely with the sales and commercial teams to ensure they are provided with an excellent platform from which to drive leads and grow the sales pipeline.
