Your Career:
As Enablement Manager at MHR, you’ll play a key role in connecting teams, coordinating go-to-market activities, and supporting successful product and service launches. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally, contribute to strategic planning, and help shape how we take our solutions to market. You'll build the skills and experience to grow in the marketing, enablement, or product space, gaining broad exposure to multiple business areas along the way.
Your Team:
You’ll join our collaborative Marketing team, working directly with Growth Marketing, Product, Brand, Sales Enablement, and Professional Services to ensure everyone is aligned and prepared for launches. You’ll act as a central connector - ensuring messaging is consistent, teams are equipped, and everything runs smoothly from planning to post-launch.
Your Impact:
In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of structured enablement plans to ensure the success of go-to-market activities. You’ll work closely with the Lead Growth Marketing Manager to evaluate the scale and scope of launches, helping determine the best approach. You’ll align teams across the business, contributing to internal messaging, sales tools, and enablement materials that drive excitement and engagement. From preparing internal stakeholders to tracking performance metrics, your work will help ensure our product and service releases deliver measurable impact - from awareness to adoption and revenue growth.
