You’ll be at the heart of our business development efforts, helping us amplify our brand, generate high-quality leads, and position our platform as the go-to solutions in the compliance and asset management space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Dive into market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activity to shape targeted campaigns.
• Segment audiences and tailor strategies that speak directly to their needs.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Collaborate across teams to build and deliver marketing strategies that fuel growth.
• Define KPIs and track performance to ensure every campaign hits the mark.

Tender Spotting & Submission

• Identify relevant tenders aligned with our services and strategic goals.
• Craft compelling ITT responses that showcase our value and expertise.

Content Creation & Management

• Write engaging blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral that drive interest and action.
• Keep our website fresh, accurate, and SEO-optimised.
• Regularly update LinkedIn and social channels with insights, wins, and thought leadership.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

• Run and refine campaigns across SEO/SEM, PPC, email, and social media.
• Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor performance and ROI.

Pipeline Reporting & Insights

• Track and report on lead generation and opportunity pipeline.
• Share actionable insights to help sales and marketing teams stay ahead.

DMU Engagement

• Use LinkedIn to identify and connect with key decision-makers in our target sectors.
• Build relationships through direct outreach and strategic messaging.

Collaboration & Creative Support

• Partner with sales to create pitch decks, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Explore co-marketing opportunities with industry partners.

Event Planning & Execution

• Support webinars, trade shows, and marketing events that showcase our platforms.
• Gather feedback and apply learnings to future initiatives.

Brand Stewardship

• Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Monitor brand perception and recommend enhancements.

Mentoring & Development

• Provide guidance and mentorship to our marketing apprentice.
• Support their learning journey by sharing best practices, reviewing work, and encouraging growth.
• Help foster a collaborative and empowering environment where junior talent can thrive.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing role (SaaS or tech sector preferred)
• Business to Business marketing experience
• Proven success in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush
• Experience with CMS platforms and LinkedIn marketing
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach
• Bonus: Experience with marketing automation tools
