Marketing Executive | B2B Marketing

We’re working with a fast-growing, technology-led B2B business that’s continuing to invest in its marketing function and is now looking to hire a Marketing Executive to support demand generation and pipeline growth across multiple digital channels.

This role offers a broad, hands-on remit and would suit someone with a solid foundation in digital marketing who’s keen to deepen their experience in demand generation, SEO, and PPC within a commercially focused environment.

The role

Support the planning and delivery of demand generation campaigns focused on driving high-quality leads and measurable pipeline contribution
Build and execute multi-channel marketing activity across SEO, PPC (paid search and paid social), email marketing, and organic social
Take responsibility for managing and optimising PPC campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget optimisation
Support SEO initiatives through content optimisation, on-page improvements, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve search visibility

Assist with the development and optimisation of landing pages and digital journeys to improve conversion rates and lead capture

Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to inform optimisation and future activity

Work closely with sales and the wider marketing team to align messaging, targeting, and campaign objectives with commercial goals

Support ongoing improvements to lead nurturing, marketing automation, and reporting processes

About you

Experience in a Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing, or Demand Generation role within a B2B environment
SaaS or technology sector experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns
Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
Comfortable working with data to track performance and demonstrate marketing impact
Highly organised, proactive, and keen to take ownership of campaigns and outcomes
