The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven marketer to join a fast-paced team. As Marketing Executive, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager to plan and deliver integrated campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales. You will be hands-on across the full marketing mix, from campaign operations and CRM management to content creation and digital engagement. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing data-driven execution with creative storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Manage campaign workflows, email scheduling, and social media activity in HubSpot
• Maintain and optimise CRM data, segmentation, and nurture sequences
• Draft and edit marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, and sales collateral
• Support the creation of digital assets such as brochures, presentations, and social posts
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance across email, social, and web
• Manage website updates and ensure SEO best practices
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging digital assets
• Support events, webinars, and lead-generation campaigns
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role (platform/consulting preferred; life sciences a plus but not essential)
• Proven HubSpot expertise (CRM, automation, reporting)
• Strong copywriting and content development skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset and confidence working with campaign data
• A proactive team player with strong communication skills and a “can-do” attitude
