Job title: Marketing Executive (FTC till January 2027)
Salary: : £28,500 - £30,500 per annum
Hours per week: 35
Location: At IOSH, we embrace hybrid working because we believe it's the key to achieving work-life balance, strategic success and fostering our collaborative culture. You’ll be required to work from our head office in Wigston, Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week. The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.
The successful applicant must have the pre-existing right to both live, and to work in the UK.

· You’re a team player - collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Bonus points for:
· Knowing your way around GA4, Dynamics 365, Canva, email marketing platforms and social media tools.
· A flair for behaviour change and nudge techniques.
· Experience in membership organisations or the nonprofit sector.
Your essential toolkit includes:
· A qualification in marketing, advertising or a related field — or enough experience to rival the brains behind the best campaigns.
· Proven experience in content creation and campaign execution.
· Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
· Analytical thinking and top-notch time management.
