We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Kier Construction team based in the South of the UK
Location: London / Southampton - Hybrid working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
What will you be responsible for?
As a Marketing Executive, you'll be working within the Kier Construction team, supporting them in delivering strategic marketing initiatives that promote our brand and projects across the construction industry.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Assisting in the creation of engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, project sheets, and case studies
- Supporting digital marketing activities including social media management, email campaigns, and performance reporting
- Coordinating marketing support for events, tenders, and client pitches
- Helping maintain brand consistency across all external and internal materials
- Conducting industry and market research to support strategy development
What are we looking for?

- You have outstanding writing skills and experience producing marketing content for both internal and external audiences
- You bring strong digital marketing skills including content creation, email marketing, and analytics
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are confident managing events and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
