Triniti is an award-winning marketing consultancy founded in 2010 with a very experienced team. We work with some of the biggest global companies, such as Mars, PepsiCo and Diageo, advising and training their most senior marketing management using dynamic, multi-platform approaches to deliver award-winning solutions.

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of excellent client work. This involves the planning and delivery of a wide range of activities, from market analysis to the development of e-learning resources, as well as assisting the consulting teams and other key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, who thrives under pressure and can work as part of the team in our office in Twickenham, South West London. 3 days per week minimum in office; home working the balance of time. Part-time (4dpw) could be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop well researched, best in class & up to date case studies, based on a diagnosis of the relevant client strategic issues faced, written in an engaging way to bring to life critical points within client presentations and workshops
• Project manage virtual and face to face Triniti workshops, ensuring they are developed and delivered with excellence. This will include creating client workshop materials, developing activities such as online polls to promote interaction, attending workshops and managing subsequent follow-up such as creating surveys to capture feedback and analysing results.
• Lead initiatives to ensure the Triniti team are always familiar with the latest marketing campaigns, trends and tools. Includes regular sharing of inspiration created from monitoring key databases/tools.
• Design, build and maintain online client resources such as e-learnings, Typeform, Miro, Mentimeter and SharePoint
• Basic document design, building infographics, video editing & addition of subtitles (training can be provided)
• Monitor online sources to proactively identify key topics of conversation which senior consultants can use to drive social media (Linked In) content and client conversations.
• Conduct web based research to inform Triniti consulting solutions by ensuring project leaders have critical information on relevant topics such as latest trends in the marketplace or analysis of our clients’ competitors.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including clients, co-workers, designers and suppliers
• Maintain internal knowledge database.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks such as:

- Company website management including regular updates

- Identifying appropriate online tools and technical solutions

- Proof-reading documents

Desired Skills & Experience

• At least 1 – 2 years experience of working in  consultancy or client company
• Strong academic background
• Quick learner, keen to work in a demanding environment
• Organised, logical and thorough with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time
• Intellectually curious with ability to analyse data and find relevant insights
• An advanced level of IT literacy. Must have experience of using AI, MS Office application including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Word. Experience of video editing, survey platforms and the Adobe creative suite is desirable, but not essential
• A true team player ready to step forward and help others in the team. Highly flexible and ready to do whatever it takes whenever it is required to deliver excellent client work
• Exceptional English language skills (both written and verbal)
• Able to work in United Kingdom
