Salary: : £28,500 - £30,500 per annum
Hours per week: 35

You'll be required to work from our head office in Wigston, Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week. The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.
The successful applicant must have the pre-existing right to both live, and to work in the UK.

- You're a team player - collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
Bonus points for:
- Knowing your way around GA4, Dynamics 365, Canva, email marketing platforms and social media tools
- A flair for behaviour change and nudge techniques
- Experience in membership organisations or the nonprofit sector
Your essential toolkit includes:
- A qualification in marketing, advertising or a related field — or enough experience to rival the brains behind the best campaigns
- Proven experience in content creation and campaign execution
- Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
- Analytical thinking and top-notch time management
