Marketing Executive - Growth & Digital

Your role

As a Marketing Executive, you will be a key driver in executing campaigns that boost brand adoption, ecommerce sales, and lead generation. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will support the full marketing mix across digital and non-digital channels. From coordinating high-impact exhibitions to publicising global campaigns, you will work closely with internal teams and channel partners to ensure Pico Technology reaches the widest possible audience with precision and quality.

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver day-to-day tasks across email, social media, and paid channels to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Take ownership of internal and external event logistics, including booking, coordinating attendance, and managing equipment.
• Assist with campaign setup within our CRM and automation tools, ensuring accurate lead capture for our sales teams.
• Liaise with our Design Studio to brief and traffic creative assets, ensuring all content meets deadlines and brand standards.
• Maintain campaign trackers and reporting inputs, using AI tools to analyse data and suggest optimisations for future activities.

What you'll need:

• Demonstrated experience working in a marketing role or a closely related field.
• A solid foundational understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, email, and social media.
• Exceptional coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple logistics, deadlines, and asset requests simultaneously.
• An eagerness to master new tools and processes, specifically CRM systems, automation platforms, and reporting software.
• Comfortable working with data and interested in applying AI to improve campaign performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within the Product Line team and the wider global organisation.
