About the Role: Full-time hybrid role for an ambitious Marketing Graduate. Based in Greater London, with flexibility to work from home part of the time, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager and wider business to support the planning and delivery of marketing activities. You’ll help execute social media campaigns, create engaging content, coordinate events and suppliers, and contribute to building brand awareness. You will also support lead generation activities by working closely with the Business Development team to ensure campaigns are aligned with sales goals and help drive new opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities in a dynamic, fast-growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting with LinkedIn campaigns and community engagement
• Assisting with social media scheduling across LinkedIn, using tools such as Later and/or Hootsuite
• Helping with content creation (social posts, articles, sales enablement documents, bid documents etc.)
• Supporting lead generation activities by working closely with the Business Development Team
• Using Canva (or similar tools) to create branded assets, graphics, and visuals for use across campaigns
• Drafting and proofreading marketing materials to ensure clarity and brand consistency
• Researching industry trends and competitor activity to support campaign development
• Supporting with updating and maintaining the company website using WordPress (e.g. posting blogs, uploading content, making minor edits to the site)
• Assisting with the delivery of quarterly content plans and reporting on campaign results
• Creating and formatting documents and presentations using Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Supporting events and webinars, coordinating logistics with the operations team
• Supporting the delivery of marketing assets (design agencies, event organisers), in coordination with the operations team
• Monitoring and reporting on social media performance, helping to prepare analytics reports for the Marketing Manager
• Assisting with gathering and interpreting website performance data using Google Analytics
• Managing day-to-day admin tasks such as maintaining content calendars and coordinating with stakeholders and the wider team

Qualifications:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Required Skills:

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
• Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role
• Basic design skills (familiarity with Canva or similar tools desirable but not essential)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Basic understanding of website management (WordPress experience desirable but not essential)
• A keen interest in technology and/or the consulting sector
• An eagerness to develop skills in website analytics (Google Analytics) and to learn new tools such as MailChimp
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a scale-up environment
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to get involved and support wherever needed

Pay range and compensation package: Starting salary of £26,000 per annum, plus bonus. Optional Pension Scheme. Wellbeing employment benefits (My Staff Shop). Starting holiday entitlement of 20 days per annum plus public holidays.
