To assist the Prestige Brand Management teams in developing and executing specific Marketing projects, consumer activations and program amplification (Comms/PR/CRM) whilst ensuring overall support in efficient and successful day to day work.


Responsibilities of the role:


Our Marketing Internships are a fantastic opportunity to discover our Brands, our Company and to get familiar with our business specificities. As an Intern you will be part of the Prestige Brand Management team and will directly report to the Senior Brand Manager Dom Pérignon, with dotted reporting to the Brand Manager Ruinart and Brand Manager Krug. You will be liaising with other functions across our business (Sales, Communications, Finance, Supply) and will have the opportunity to lead your own projects, whilst ensuring a strong administrative and logistic support for the Brands’ activation plans in the UK.


Your mission will consist in supporting the respective Brand Managers to bring to life Dom Pérignon, Ruinart, Krug as well as Armand de Brignac throughout 360 activation plans, specifically:

Brand Activations

  • Co-leading and supporting the development of Brand events (e.g. Frieze London art fair)
  • Being a key point of contact with external agencies for the roll-out
  • On-site event assistance including set-up when necessary
  • Acting as an Ambassador for the Brands during the events
  • Support the Brand Managers in creating itineraries (winemaker tours) when necessary
  • Co-lead the briefing of content creation for the main brands’ campaign (e.g. photo/videographer)


Trade Activations

  • Co-leading the development and implementation of Brand visibility (e.g. window display, in store visibility, etc.) working in partnership with Sales teams and agencies
  • Co-leading the development of activation in the on trade in liaison with the Commercial Development Managers, Channel Sales Manager and Account Managers

PR & Communications

  • Supporting on yearly PR and Brand campaigns in liaison with the Communications, Culture and Digital team as well as PR agencies
  • Supporting on media campaign orchestration and roll out in liaison with Media agency

POSM

  • Support orders, stock and logistics (follow up on deliveries, collections etc)
  • Local sourcing or creation where required
  • Support Brand Managers on POSM forecasting and budgeting

Administration & Reporting

  • Being a key point of contact for Sales Admin: providing the most updated information on the Brands (product launches, marketing programs etc), supporting ad-hoc sales requests
  • Monthly reporting: helping to gather all information required for monthly presentations and activation summaries, i.e. internal event wrap up, reports to Maisons
  • Providing financial support: raising Purchase Orders, tracking A&P budget, ensuring timely invoicing, and executing new vendor requests, in conjunction with Brand Managers and Finance team

Education

  • Degree level


Languages

  • Fluent English


Professional experience, technical skills & know how

  • Previous work experience/internship in Brand Management/Project Management required
  • Experience in the luxury goods industry welcome
  • Strong Pack Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills, SAP a plus
  • Interest and knowledge of Champagne & Wines
  • Interest in cultural spaces
