About the opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing intern to join our team for a 8 weeks internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global environment where you will work on diverse projects, primarily focusing on social media and employer branding.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in ideating and developing content for social media platforms that resonates with target audiences, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Plan and implement initiatives to enhance our employer branding efforts, fostering engagement among employees.
Conduct research on marketing trends and competitor activities to inform strategies and content planning.
Prepare reports and provide insights to improve marketing performance.

Partner with key stakeholders to understand their needs, cultural nuances and to gather content ensuring campaigns are impactful.

Collaborate with team members to support on country-specific marketing initiatives, such as events.

Interested in using AI tools and digital technologies to enhance marketing strategies and insights.

Who you are:

Currently enrolled in an MBA or Masters program in marketing or related field in the UK.
Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools.
Enthusiastic about digital marketing, branding and fostering connections through storytelling.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident working in a fast-paced, global environment.
Creative, organised and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to translate complex ideas into digestible language.
Ability to quickly learn and process information.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
Aptitude with various social media platforms including Instagram, X and LinkedIn.
Students graduating before June 2027 and excited to pursue a career with Infosys
