Summary Of Job Purpose
The Marketing Lead role fits within the Arcinova commercial department to help with multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with the corporate website, digital advertising campaigns such as SEO, PPC, third-party advertisements, and directory listings. The role also involves traditional marketing activities, event management, content creation for various channels, and strategic planning. The Marketing Lead will support social media and email marketing initiatives and manage Arcinova events, which may include exhibiting at trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions, and running seminars and webinars.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Develop strategic B2B marketing plans for the Arcinova business
- Lead content marketing, thought leadership initiatives and maintenance of a content calendar
- Manage SEO and PPC initiatives
- Create content for email marketing and social media marketing
- Manage social media channels
- In collaboration with our web development company, manage website maintenance, page creation, and back-end support
- Create Salesforce campaigns for all digital channels and support uploading data into CRM, ongoing contact, and campaign record maintenance
- Provide support in producing monthly marketing reports, such as competitive insight and digital marketing channel performance
- Coordinate ad creation for third-party media websites
- Maintain all third-party directory listings for Arcinova, ensuring they are kept up to date, and researching additional directories for consideration
- Assist with keeping collateral up to date and ensure the latest pieces are on the website
- Support the wider marketing team with other projects as assigned
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications And Experience Required For Competent Performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field
- 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B marketing organisation
- A general marketing background covering a range of disciplines, including digital, events, and content generation
- Understanding of marketing strategies relative to SEO, PPC, and social media
- Highly organized and comfortable with deadlines
- Results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to work individually and with a team on projects
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Data entry and reporting skills
- Excellent computer systems skills
- Experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other employees and managers to ensure teamwork
