The Opportunity:
As the Marketing Manager for Fox-IT (Part of NCC Group), you will play a critical role in driving marketing initiatives to support, demand generation, business growth and brand development.
This position involves working collaboratively with key stakeholders, including the sales team, to deliver impactful campaigns, manage events, create engaging marketing content, and align marketing strategies with sales objectives to optimise MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) conversions.
Fox-IT is based in The Netherlands. Whilst this role is UK based, occasional travel to The Netherlands will be required.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather market insights and identify opportunities for campaign development.
- Identify short term pipeline generation opportunities and longer time strategic priorities to drive brand awareness and support business growth.
- Work with partner teams to incorporate strategic partners within campaign planning with a focus on ABM
- Strategically plan and execute objective driven cross-sector marketing campaigns targeting Cyber Security Practitioners and Leaders as well as broader buying groups.
- Work closely with digital and communications teams to ensure timely campaign delivery, execution, feedback, and optimisation.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimise effectiveness and ROI.
Event Management
- Work with the Global Event Experience Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute events that enhance brand visibility and generate sales engagements.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to support the delivery of high-quality event experiences.
- Create and deliver pre, during and post event marketing activities to deliver the maximum impact.
- Measure event success through KPIs and feedback to continuously improve event strategy.
Marketing Content Management
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Create, curate, and oversee the production of engaging marketing content, including blogs, case studies, guides, and social media posts.
- Working with Digital Marketing to ensure all content is consistent with brand messaging and optimized for SEO.
Sales Enablement and Alignment
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Develop and provide sales enablement materials, templates and collateral to support the sales team in engaging prospects and closing deals.
- Track and report on MQL conversions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within the cyber security or technology sector, with a proven track record of developing and executing demand generation marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, CRM, campaign management, and content management and delivery..
- Experience in developing and managing email marketing.
- Proven experience in building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product, sales, and external partners.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Dutch written and verbal language skills would be highly beneficial.
- Experience of using Pardot/ Salesforce or similar CRM systems
