Job Title: Interim Brand & Marketing Manager
Duration: 6 months (potential extension) - MAT cover
Start Date: Ideally 10th September start (for full handover before 17 October)

Role Overview
This is a project-based maternity cover role focused on delivering the rollout rebranding across the UK, US, and other key geographies. The rebrand strategy is already defined; your remit will be to lead the execution phase, driving internal and external adoption, overseeing launch campaigns, and managing the final stages of the UK/US recruitment website and new corporate group website launches.
- The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery and will involve close collaboration with senior leadership, the Marketing Executive, and an external brand consultant.
- Following the launch phase, the focus will shift towards embedding the new brand and transitioning to BAU marketing activity.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in leading brand rollouts from planning to launch.
- Recruitment Industry or Professional Services
- Experience working in organisations that interact with both B2B and B2C (for internal and external communications & stakeholder management)
- Background in small to mid-sized companies with broad role exposure.
- Skilled in internal communications, copywriting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working across multiple geographies (UK, US, and others).
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics.
- Strong CMS and web content management skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools such as SourceFlow (or similar).
- Able to operate at both strategic and hands-on delivery levels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Rollout & Campaign Delivery
- Lead the internal and external implementation of the new brand across the UK, US, and plc.
- Deliver multi-channel brand launch campaigns (digital, internal communications, sales enablement).
- Produce clear, on-brand messaging, content, and visuals for all platforms.
- Coordinate operational brand implementation (e.g. IT systems, templates, email signatures, HR platforms).
- Act as a change agent to embed the new brand identity internally and externally.
- Track and report campaign performance (engagement, reach, SEO impact).
Website Launch Management
- Oversee the final stages, testing, and go-live of the UK/US recruitment website (launch Nov) and subsequent corporate group website.
- Manage content finalisation, stakeholder sign-off, and external communications.
Marketing & Communications Support
- Partner with the Marketing Executive to deliver BAU marketing and rebrand-aligned activities.
- Create and adapt content for B2B (clients) and B2C (candidates) audiences across web, email, social media, and internal channels.
- Support CEO and internal communications to reinforce the new brand.
Additional Information
- Start: 10th September preferred (handover before 17 October).
- Contract: 6 months with possible extension.
- Location: UK-based, with collaboration across UK/US teams.
