My client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead the growth and visibility of two established brands within holistic science industry.

This role has a strong focus on driving acquisition and revenue, while also owning the wider digital marketing strategy and managing a small in-house team.

The successful candidate will combine strategic planning with hands-on digital execution, delivering brand awareness alongside measurable commercial results. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and working closely with founders in a purpose-led business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, credibility, and audience reach
• Plan and execute revenue-driving campaigns across courses, events, subscriptions, and B2B acquisition
• Manage and optimise paid media activity across social and search, balancing awareness and performance marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role with clear commercial impact
• Strong experience across both B2C and B2B marketing environments
• Hands-on expertise in paid social, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, and conversion optimisation
• Confident managing or mentoring team members and working closely with senior stakeholders
