Marketing Manager

A B2B financial services provider is seeking a Marketing Manager. This hire will support the regions with traditional marketing – PR, content, events, digital, social media.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Brand strategy development across the regions
• Be the POC for all creative projects and act like a traffic manager and distribute to team members
• Be responsible for creating social media, print and video assets - (print, video, and digital).
• Develop sector-specific client-facing collateral to support sales teams
• Oversee the design and animation of LinkedIn
• Manage the creative behind all events and all company-wide announcements eg Town Hall meetings
• Designed and animated international Town Hall presentations, aligning communications with executive leadership
• Support incumbent team members to deliver on international brand, employee engagement, and brand perception reporting
• Manage all marketing & content initiatives for all industry verticals
• Help with the design and implementation of collateral around events
• Create all deal marketing activity internally and externally

Requirements

• Solid multi-channel marketing experience in financial services ((investment banking or private equity) would be advantageous
• Previous experience with traditional marketing disciplines (PR, events, social media, content) in financial services
• Strong design background would be essential for this role
• Enjoys and has a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Exceptional written abilities with meticulous attention to detail – proof-reading, adaptation to corporate tone of voice
• Ambitious, enthusiastic, and positive
• Able to manage multiple, competing deadlines
