Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: London

Working Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite: Tuesday–Thursday)

Contract Duration: Contract until Feb 2027

Job Specification:

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused marketing professional to manage regional marketing programs and events. This is a high-touch coordination role that sits at the intersection of sales, investors, and startup partners. The role is primarily operational, with a strong emphasis on planning, logistics, and stakeholder management rather than creative production.

The ideal candidate brings experience working within the startup or VC ecosystem, or has a strong SMB marketing background and is highly adaptable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Marketing & Events

Own and manage the regional marketing calendar
Lead coordination of 2–3 recurring event series
Plan and deliver 1–2 flagship regional marketing moments per year

Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all regional marketing initiatives

Experience & Background

5–10 years of marketing experience (mid to senior level)
Prior exposure to the startup ecosystem or VC environment strongly preferred
Strong project and program management experience
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Experience partnering with sales teams
SMB marketing experience considered for strong, adaptable candidates
