Overview
Playing a pivotal role in Haymarket Business Media’s Content Labs team, this varied Marketing Manager position offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be central to delivering a wide range of partner content and driving qualified leads for both clients and our commercial teams across a diverse portfolio of B2B brands.
Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to deliver our clients’ campaigns - whether it’s eyeballs on an online advertorial, generating leads for a webinar or getting bums on seats for a breakfast briefing event
- Assessing the deliverability of, and advising sales teams on, KPIs and yields
- Writing and proofing creative and effective marketing copy spanning channels such as email, social, display and native ads
- Managing, executing and tracking email campaigns from start to finish
- Working with demand generation agencies where necessary to aid delivery
- Creating detailed post-campaign reports for our clients
- Collaborating closely with the commercial team to develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives that drive qualified leads and support revenue growth
Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria
- You will have a minimum of 3 years marketing experience in a related field
- You have excellent communication skills, in person, online and over the phone
- You’re happy dealing with people of every seniority
- You can multitask effectively, prioritise and work well under pressure
- You’re organised and have acute attention to detail
- You’re a self-starter who has the ability to problem solve and think on your feet and outside the box
- You never miss a deadline and are driven by meeting your targets
- You’re a team player and not afraid of asking for help when you need it, or getting stuck into other areas where needed
