We have a hybrid model of working. We work, in part, in our office in London Bridge and part remotely. Currently, we are going to the office two to three days a week, which may increase in future. This role is reliant upon having superfast, reliable Broadband connectivity.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a confident and capable Marketing Manager with experience in the banking or financial services sector. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone comfortable managing projects, taking ownership of customer-facing communications, and ensuring all materials meet regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate closely with compliance and customer teams to deliver clear, effective and compliant communications across multiple channels.
JN Bank is a dynamic organisation and this role would suit a candidate who is comfortable in a stand-alone role building the function from scratch.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Take ownership of written communications to customers, including regulatory notices, product updates and service messages, ensuring clarity, consistency and tone aligned with brand standards.
· Complete a re-write of all customer communications in the new brand voice.
· Work closely with the Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all communications meet applicable regulations and internal governance requirements.
· Oversee day-to-day management of social media channels, including content planning, posting and performance tracking, helping to grow our digital presence and engagement.
· Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across teams, ensuring timelines, deliverables and objectives are met with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
· Manage and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, usability and compliance.
· Support the creation and review of public-facing written materials including newsletters, press releases and product brochures.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
· Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications
· A minimum of 3-5 years in a marketing or communications role within banking or financial services
· Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail
· Experience working with compliance or regulatory teams on customer communications
· Good understanding of financial promotions and regulatory comms (e.g. FCA requirements)
· Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders
· Proficiency in managing social media platforms and digital tools.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards when under pressure
· Familiarity with tone of voice guidelines in a regulated industry
