About Lone Design Club
Lone Design Club is a purpose-led retail and online platform reshaping how brands and customers connect in the physical world. We activate immersive physical spaces — from short‑term pop‑ups across the UK and Europe to long‑term flagship destinations like Local Hero (Brighton) and CACHE (Bristol). Alongside this sits Revolving Spaces — our proprietary technology arm that enables landlords to list, manage and monetise flexible retail space at scale.
We're now entering a new phase of growth — expanding our platform, scaling our software, and driving visibility. To support this, we need a Marketing Manager to evolve our marketing approach and drive effective, data-led growth.
The Role
We need someone entrepreneurial who can own our marketing function - from strategy to execution - while building systems that scale. You’ll work directly with the leadership team to define brand narratives and positioning across our dual audiences: independent brands (Clubhouse/B2B) and consumers (B2C e‑commerce).
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Positioning
- Evolve and enhance LDC's marketing strategy and positioning for our next growth phase
- Drive marketing strategy across both our B2B platform (Clubhouse) and our B2C e‑commerce platform
Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Insight
- Build, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (CAC, LTV, MQLs, conversion rates)
- Translate sales and digital performance metrics into strategic insight and actionable recommendations
- Ensure creative output is informed by data, campaign performance, and evolving brand positioning
- Use analytics tools (e.g. GA4, CRM dashboards) to guide campaign direction and budget decisions
Community & Brand Community Growth
- Build and nurture brand communities across all channels
- Develop and implement community-building campaigns, engagement strategies, and experience activations
- Monitor community KPIs, feedback, sentiment and translate to broader marketing initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Sales Enablement
- Liaise with Sales leadership to align marketing tactics with pipeline goals and support B2B lead generation
- Provide strategic materials, campaign assets, and data insight that support both B2B and B2C revenue growth
Budget Oversight
- Plan and oversee paid media, email marketing, and digital campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads)
- Own marketing budget allocation, optimize spend based on ROI and performance trends
About You
- 2–5 years’ experience in marketing roles—ideally across both B2B and B2C contexts
- Strong analytical capability—comfortable interpreting data, reporting performance, and using insight to guide decisions
- Proven success building, maintaining, or activating brand communities
- Experienced briefing and collaborating with creative/content teams (not necessarily executing creation yourself)
- Comfortable owning campaign performance, ROI, and working with paid media budgets
- Entrepreneurial, strategic, and adaptable to fast‑paced scale‑up environments
- Experience in e‑commerce and marketing automation is a bonus (e.g. HubSpot, Klaviyo, Shopify)
