Are you a hands-on marketing generalist with a passion for great food and fast-paced hospitality?

We’re currently partnered with a vibrant, premium food brand on a mission to make healthy eating accessible, delicious, and fun! With a growing network of shops and delivery kitchens across London, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of their brand presence.

This is a true stand-alone role (supported by a Marketing Executive and external resources) where you will be the guardian of their voice, driving growth across every channel—from the UberEats scroll to the in-store menu board.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Leadership Team, you won't just be "managing" marketing; you will be building it. You will act as the bridge between our operations, our food development team, and our customers.

Your Mission:

Own the Brand Voice: Ensure every touchpoint—whether a flyer in a local office or an Instagram reel—reflects our fresh, energetic, and premium identity.
Master the Aggregators:

Drive conversion and visibility on Deliveroo, UberEats, and Just Eat. You will manage promotions, optimise menu photography, and analyse performance to win the "delivery wars."

Drive Footfall (Local Store Marketing): Get creative with driving lunchtime traffic to our physical sites. Think corporate office drops, local partnerships, sampling events, and eye-catching A-boards.

Digital & Community: Oversee our social media channels and CRM. You’ll grow our App user base and keep our loyal customers hungry with engaging newsletters and loyalty perks.

NPD & Menus: Work with our food team to launch new seasonal specials and core menu items. You will manage the critical path for launches, including copywriting, menu design (briefing agencies), and in-store POS implementation.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Experience: Demonstrable experience in a marketing manager role within Hospitality, QSR, or Food Retail is essential. You need to know how a kitchen operates and the dynamics of the lunch rush.

Aggregator Fluency: You understand the algorithms of the major delivery platforms and how to use their marketing tools to drive ROI.

A "Generalist" Mindset: You are comfortable writing copy one hour, briefing a graphic designer the next, and analysing sales data in the afternoon.

Independence: You thrive in a stand-alone environment where you have autonomy. You don’t wait to be told what to do; you spot the opportunity and chase it.

Commercial Awareness: You understand that brand awareness is great, but sales, cover counts, and basket size are the real metrics of success.

Location & Workplace Policy

Central London
5 days in office (1 day WFH if required)

Salary & Benefits

£55,000 per annum
22 days holiday + bank holidays (rises with service) pension, private healthcare, free meals during working hours
