The Role

This is a pivotal UK marketing role overseeing media planning, retail marketing, and trade activity across boutiques and wholesale partners. You’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement and conversion while ensuring consistency across every channel.

Working closely with global headquarters, media agencies, retail teams and external partners you’ll deliver high-impact campaigns and seamless product launches across digital, physical and experiential touch points.

What You’ll Do

Lead UK media strategy and campaign execution across online and offline channels, managing agencies, budgets and performance reporting

Deliver tailored retail and trade marketing initiatives for boutiques and wholesale partners, including product launches, in-store activations and events

Oversee brand merchandise, marketing collateral, and customer communications, ensuring premium quality and consistency

Drive customer acquisition, retention and database growth in collaboration with e-commerce and global teams

About You

5+ years’ experience in marketing within luxury, premium consumer goods or high-end retail
Proven expertise in media planning and execution, alongside strong retail and trade marketing experience
Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders
Commercially minded, data-led, and comfortable presenting insights to senior leadership
Creative, strategic and passionate about premium brands and customer experience
