Role Description

This is a contract role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s performances, workshops, and talent development initiatives. The role includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, liaising with media and press, and analysing market trends to adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Marketing strategy development, Campaign planning, and Market trend analysis skills
• Support Social media management and lead on Digital marketing
• Excellent communication and public relations skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the arts or non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, and at least 4 years experience
