Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven marketer to lead our campaign strategy and execution. This role is a key part of our team—driving engagement, generating qualified leads, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
You’ll take ownership of both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, from planning and execution through to performance analysis. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, confident in your decision-making, and always looking for ways to improve outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading acquisition and nurture campaigns to generate pipeline for new and existing Datapharm solutions
- Developing and delivering engagement campaigns that communicate value and promote customer retention
- Setting, tracking, and being accountable for KPIs that clearly link marketing activity to business success
How you'll have an impact:
On Datapharm:
You will play a pivotal role in accelerating Datapharm’s commercial growth by designing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue. By aligning go-to-market strategies with business objectives and leveraging data-driven insights, this you will directly contribute to brand visibility, market penetration, and customer retention
On the wider team:
You will bring active, collaborative energy to the marketing team, engaging key stakeholders from across the business in campaigns
On the customer:
The Marketing Manager will support sales and customer success teams by delivering qualified leads, insightful campaign data, and effective collateral—enabling them to better serve clients and close deals.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experienced in B2B go-to-market strategies, (positioning tech solutions for pharma preferred)
- Highly skilled Hubspot user (delivering campaigns and demonstrating ROI)
- Experience with data acquisition data management and knowledge of GDPR
- Good understanding of LinkedIn Advertising, Google Analytics and UTM tracking
- Motivated self-starter with a strong attention to detail who is ready to make a real impact in a fast-growing company
- Sound business judgment
