We have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join their team of staff in the Corporate Marketing department.
This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week.
Duties Of This Role Include
- Develop and deliver multichannel marketing campaigns nationally and locally across digital, print and in-person formats.
- Contribute to media planning with the media agency and support the briefing of creative assets.
- Manage the organisation and delivery of the national events strategy utilising the online events platform, coordinating agreed content areas, speakers, speaker training, event materials and marketing the event itself as well as comprehensive reporting.
- Manage the delivery of other key marketing collaterals and projects as business requires: consultant directories, product launches, product refreshes.
- Drive best practice in marketing by developing marketing toolkits and training materials for local hospitals for campaign activation and reporting.
- Manage marketing activity to support CIC including digital content, social media, website updates, B2B materials, stakeholder comms, and collateral (banners, brochures, business cards).
- Monitor campaign effectiveness using metrics such as conversion, revenue tracking, ROI, web traffic, and engagement.
- Develop marketing toolkits and training materials for use by hospital Sales & Marketing Managers.
- Manage marketing admin tasks including raising POs, logging invoices, and maintaining the marketing budget tracker.
Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events and social media.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills across various channels.
- Experience working with media agencies and managing creative briefs.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfortable analysing data, generating reports and making evidence-based recommendations.
- Proficiency in marketing technology platforms (e.g. Salesforce, CMS platforms, marketing automation tools).
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in healthcare, B2C services or regulated industries desirable
