Our vision for Amazon Grocery is to establish Amazon as the first-choice grocery store for our customers worldwide. We are seeking an exceptionally motivated and talented Marketing Manager/ Campaign manager with a strong customer focus and ability to innovate, to develop and execute marketing strategies for our European business.
As the Senior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of traffic campaigns across Amazon's Owned & Operated (O&O) channels for the European grocery businesses. You will collaborate closely with the central Amazon Fresh International traffic strategy team to develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive strong customer engagement and topline performance. In this role, you will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the strategic direction of the marketing team.

You'll be a member of a remote marketing team distributed across the EU, with the option to work from our offices in Germany (Munich), UK (London), Spain (Madrid), Italy (Milan), or France (Paris).
An Ideal Candidate For The Senior Campaign Manager Role
- Is a seasoned marketing or program management professional, demonstrating exceptional strength in the Amazon leadership principles of Deliver Results, Ownership, Earn Trust, Insist on the Highest Standards, and Deep Dive.
- Has a proven track record of leading and optimizing large-scale, multi-channel traffic campaigns, preferably within the e-commerce or grocery industry across multiple European markets.
- Excels in ambiguous environments, with the ability to develop and implement automation tools and templates to streamline repetitive tasks and drive efficiency across the team.
- Possesses advanced project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and serve as the primary strategic liaison for local marketing teams, ensuring alignment on campaign strategy, execution, and performance.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and technical aptitude, with the ability to conduct in-depth performance analysis, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and hit target metrics.
- Is adept at developing and implementing scalable processes and best practices to maximize team productivity and impact across multiple markets.
- Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving both long-term vision and day-to-day operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities
- Strategize, develop, and oversee the deployment of all O&O traffic campaigns across multiple markets, managing a diverse portfolio of channels including email, push notifications, onsite placements, and emerging platforms.
- Act as the strategic liaison between central and local marketing teams, leading cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on campaign strategy, execution, and performance across markets.
- Design and implement scalable automation systems and processes to streamline campaign management, significantly improving team efficiency and enabling expansion into new markets.
- Lead performance monitoring and optimization efforts, making data-driven decisions to maximize campaign effectiveness and consistently exceed target metrics.
- Partner with the central analytics team to develop advanced reporting frameworks, extracting actionable insights to inform strategic campaign planning and drive continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes, ensuring all campaign assets adhere to brand guidelines and meet the highest standards of customer experience across all markets.
- Provide strategic guidance to the central team and developing best practices for multi-market campaign management.
- Develop comprehensive, data-driven local messaging and targeting strategies that align with overall business objectives, driving strong customer engagement and significant improvements in topline performance.

Amazon Fresh International Marketing seeks to maximize owned & operated channels' impact through data-driven excellence and scalable strategies. We work smart and efficiently, leveraging tools and processes to maximize productivity and impact.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
