The Role
This is a pivotal role for someone who understands luxury marketing inside and out. You'll execute comprehensive marketing strategies that attract premium brands to our platform while driving customer engagement across our pop-ups, permanent stores, and online marketplace.
You'll own the marketing function across both B2B (luxury brand partnerships) and B2C (conscious luxury consumers), working directly with the leadership team to bring our brand vision to life through compelling campaigns and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Partnership Marketing
- Execute targeted campaigns to attract luxury and premium fashion and lifestyle brands to the platform
- Create compelling case studies and success stories that resonate with brand founders
- Support business development with marketing materials that speak authentically to premium brands
- Develop marketing strategies for brand onboarding and retention
- Build thought leadership content for luxury retail and sustainable design audiences
Customer Marketing & Experience
- Drive marketing strategy for LDC's curated online store and physical retail locations
- Develop customer acquisition campaigns targeting conscious luxury shoppers
- Create and execute integrated campaigns to drive footfall to pop-ups and permanent stores
- Manage email marketing and social media to build engaged customer communities
- Optimise conversion rates and customer journey across all touch points
Events & Community Building
- Create and execute events strategy to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Plan and manage pop-up launches, brand showcases, and customer experiences
- Build and nurture communities of luxury consumers, brand founders, and industry professionals
- Develop authentic partnerships within luxury, sustainability, and lifestyle spaces
- Coordinate with external partners and venues for event execution
Content & Campaign Execution
- Create high-quality content that showcases both brand success stories and customer experiences
- Manage social media strategy targeting both luxury consumers and premium brand founders
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across all channels with clear ROI tracking
- Develop compelling storytelling that differentiates LDC in the luxury retail space
- Coordinate with design resources and external freelancers as needed
Performance & Analytics
- Build and optimise lead generation funnels for both brand partnerships and customer acquisition
- Establish marketing measurement frameworks and KPI tracking
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise spend across channels
- Provide regular reporting on marketing effectiveness and ROI
- Use data insights to refine targeting and messaging strategies
What We're Looking For
- Essential: 2-5 years' experience in luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle marketing
- Must have experience marketing to affluent, design-conscious consumers
- Experience at luxury startups, independent premium brands, or high-end retailers
- Background in luxury PR, brand partnerships, or premium events
- Deep understanding of luxury retail customer journey and premium brand positioning
- Proven track record executing marketing campaigns that drive both brand partnerships and customer acquisition
- Strong understanding of luxury e-commerce and retail cycles
- Experience with events marketing and community building in premium sectors
- Knowledge of sustainable luxury movement and conscious consumer behaviour
- Excellent storytelling abilities with authentic luxury industry voice
- Strong analytical skills with experience in luxury retail metrics and ROI optimisation
- Hands-on experience with social media advertising and email marketing platforms
- Creative skills with luxury aesthetic sensibility
- Highly organised with experience managing multiple campaigns and events simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment while maintaining luxury standards
