This UK distributor has been a trusted name in the nursery and baby products sector for over four decades. Operating as a small to mid sized organisation, it partners with a portfolio of premium international brands, supplying both independent retailers and major national chains across the UK and Ireland.

The company is seeking a Marketing Manager to join on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. This is a hands on, varied role within a strategically important marketing function, responsible for driving brand activation, digital performance, and product launch activity across a diverse portfolio. Working closely with sales, product development, and supplier marketing teams, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in delivering growth for both established ranges and new brand introductions.

What you’ll be doing…

Leading the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launches across multiple brands.
Managing digital activity including social media, email marketing, website content, Amazon brand stores, and paid digital channels.

Overseeing content creation, copywriting, photography shoots, and brand communications across print and digital.

Collaborating cross functionally with sales, product development, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand activation.

Managing budgets, reporting on campaign performance, and using data and insights to optimise activity.

What we’re looking for…

Experience in a broad marketing role covering the full mix, ideally within consumer products or a similar fast-paced environment.
Strong digital marketing capability, including social media, email, analytics, and e‑commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a bonus).
Proven ability to manage product launches, multichannel campaigns, and cross-functional projects.
Confident communicator with excellent copywriting skills and the ability to work with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies.
Highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and reporting.
