Description

We are looking for a Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) Manager to join our growing Marketing Data & AI team in London, Manchester or Edinburgh.

In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of data-driven marketing effectiveness solutions, helping clients understand and optimize the impact of their marketing investments.

You will guide model development, generate strategic insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute MMM projects: Guide teams in building econometric and statistical models to evaluate the ROI and impact of marketing, media, and promotional activities.
Translate data into actionable insights: Provide clients with evidence-based recommendations for budget optimization, channel effectiveness, media mix, and marketing strategy.
Serve as the day-to-day client contact: Build trust and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment between project delivery and client objectives.
Support project planning and team leadership

: Manage workstreams, delegate tasks, and mentor junior team members.

Collaborate across functional areas, including data engineering, media strategy, digital marketing, and business strategy to ensure holistic and integrated delivery.

Ensure model integrity and analytical quality: Review outputs and methodologies to ensure robust and reliable results.

Contribute to the development of best practices and reusable assets within the MMM and broader analytics offering.
